The art of beginning again.

A practice doesn't need a perfect day. It needs a place in an ordinary one.

Start by getting to know the teaching. Watch the introduction, notice what is being explained, and write down the questions you want to ask. Understanding comes before trying to do more.

A missed day doesn't erase what you've learned. Return to the lesson you were studying, revisit your notes, and use the course sequence as your guide.

Keep the distinction between learning and practicing. Some lessons explain a concept; others introduce a technique that needs the instructor's full guidance.
